摘  要:目的:在虎杖HPLC液相图谱和凝血时间药效的基础上进行谱效分析,以此确定虎杖延长凝血时间药效的"药效成分组"。方法:采用偏最小二乘回归法,对虎杖HPLC指纹图谱数据和凝血时间药效数据之间的内在联系进行谱效分析。结果:指纹图谱上的X2、X6、X7、X8、X15、X16这6个成分组成的"药效成分组"对虎杖凝血时间药效的贡献较大。结论:中医用药基于正确的辨证沦治,是根据中药的功效对患者进行治疗,因此,反映中药功效的"功效成分组"是评价中药质量的关键,"功效成分组"需最终得到药效验证才具有代表性。Objective:To study the fingerprints correlated with pharmacodynamics on the basis of HPLC fingerprint and clotting time potency,in order to sure the effective compositions of extend clotting time of rhizoma polygoni cuspidati.Methods:Study the inherent connections between HPLC fingerprint and clotting time potency of rhizoma polygoni with partial least squares regression(PLSR),receive the coefficient of regression of HPLC fingerprint peak area correspondence clotting time potency.Results:Effective compounds consist of the six peaks X2,X6,X7,X8,X15,X16 of the fingerprint do the most important role on the clotting time potency.Conclusion:Drugs application in TCM based on correct syndrome differentiation,and was according to the effect of Chinese medicine to treat.Therefore,the 'effective compounds' which reflected the Chinese medicine efficacy was the key of quality evaluation of TCM,the representative of the effective compositions must be verified eventually by efficacy.
