摘 要:目的:研究参附复方对心力衰竭大鼠心功能的改善作用,及其对脑尿钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法:通过结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支建立心力衰竭模型,在术后1周给予参附复方,连续给药4周,并检测其血流动力学指标,同时测其血浆BNP含量。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组和参附组左室收缩末压(LVSP)、±dp/dtmax均显著降低(P<0.01),血浆BNP水平显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,参附组能改善LVSP(P<0.05)、±dp/dtmax(P<0.01),降低血浆BNP水平(P<0.01)。结论:参附复方能通过改善心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠血流动力学指标,进而有效改善心功能,降低血浆BNP浓度。Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenfu Formula on cardiac function and BNP concentration in heart failure rats.Methods:Heart failure model was established by left coronary artery ligation in rats.On day 7 after the surgery,Shenfu Formula was administered for 4 weeks.After the administration of Shenfu Formula,hemodynamic indices were measured,as well as the plasma BNP.Results:Compared with the sham operated group,LVSP,±dp/dtmax of were significantly lower(P0.01) in the heart failure group and the Shenfu Formula-treated group;Compared with the heart failure group,LVSP,±dp/dtmax were obviously increased(P0.05,P0.01),and the level of plasma BNP was significantly lower in the Shenfu Formula-treated group.Conclusion:Shenfu Formula can effectively improve cardiac function and hemodynamic indices,and decrease the level of plasma BNP.
