长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节炎的随机、单盲、多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究长圆针解结法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效,并与毫针针刺经穴法和关节腔注射透明质酸钠法比较,评价长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效,探讨治疗膝骨性关节炎的最佳方法。方法:采用多中心、随机、单盲原则将膝骨关节炎患者分为长圆针组、毫针组、透明质酸钠组,共300例患者,连续治疗4周,随访2个月。分别于治疗前后采用膝关节功能评分(JOA)和疼痛VAS评分比较,观察比较各疗法的临床疗效并进行统计学分析。结果:长圆针解结法组治愈93例,好转5例,无效2例;毫针针刺经穴法组治愈60例,好转32例,无效8例;透明质酸钠组治愈65例,好转25例,无效10例。结论:长圆针解结法治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛效果较好,是治疗本病的一种简便易行、经济实用的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。The target of this paper is to study the clinical effect on Knee Osteoarthritis（KOA） with Long-round needle acupuncture Release,and compared with the two methods that needle acupuncture points and articular injection with sodium hyaluronate,objective to observe the best treatment method of KOA.300 cases of KOA patients were multicenter,randomized a blind divided into Long-round needle acupuncture group,needle acupuncture group and HA group for observing and comparing the clinical effect before and after treatment,and then were measured with VAS and JOA.All patients were received treatment for 4 weeks and followed up 2 months.Result：In Long-round needle acupuncture group,93 cases were cured,5 were improved and 2 had no response during the two-month follow-up;in needle acupuncture group,60 cases were cured,32 were improved and 8 had no response;and in HA group,65 cases were cured,25 were improved and 10 had no response.Thus,we draw a conclusion that Long-round needle acupuncture Release had better affect for KOA,the method has simple and accurate,economical and practical,deserve the clinical expansion application.
