摘　　要：目的探讨一种双叶皮瓣在鼻尖皮肤缺损修复中的临床应用效果。方法根据鼻尖缺损的部位及大小，形成鼻尖下部及鼻翼缘双叶皮瓣，旋转修复鼻尖缺损创面。缺损面积为0．5cm×0．6cm～1．0cm×1．2cm。结果4例患者术后皮瓣全部成活，修复后鼻外观良好，瘢痕隐蔽，修复效果满意。结论鼻尖下部及鼻翼缘双叶皮瓣是修复面积小的鼻尖皮肤缺损的较好选择。Objective To introduce a new kind of bilobed skin flap for the repair of nasal tip defects. Methods According to the size, shape and depth of nasal tip defects, the bilobed flap composed of nasal tip basilad lobe and nasal alar marginat lobe was designed and then was rotated to repair the defects. The defective area ranged from 0.5 cm × 0.6 cm to 1.0 cm × 1.2 cm. Results All flaps in 4 patients survived well postoperatively with nice nasal contour, concealed scars and satisfactory cosmetic results. Conclusion The bilobed flap composed of nasal tip basilad lobe and nasal alar marginat lobe is a prefer choice for the repair of nasal tip defects.
