摘　　要：目的:探讨天癸盛衰调控绝经后骨质疏松的物质本源。方法:以物质决定意识为出发点,认识天癸的性质;从中医发展的线索中,剖析天癸的物质性和时间性;用"综合——分析——综合"的方法论证了天癸的物质性和时间性,是人体重要的组成部分之一。结果:从实际现象中得出天癸的物质性和时间性的现代医学佐证。结论:天癸的物质本源可能与下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴密切相关,但二者在绝经后骨质疏松病程中的内在关系尚有待于进一步研究证实,仍需利用现代科学技术从多层次、多角度、多方位探讨其机理,并进行相关的临床观察和实验研究予以印证,从而为如何有效调控天癸的盛衰来防治绝经后骨质疏松提供理论依据。Objective： Investigate the origin material of postmenopausal osteoporosis by menstruation regulatory.Methods：The material determine the sense as a starting point,understanding the nature of menstruation;analyze the material and temporal of menstruation from the development of TCM;With the ＂synthesis-analysis-synthesis＂ approach demonstrated the material and temporal of menstruation,which is an important component of the human body.Results： Find the modern medical evidence of the material and temporal of menstruation derived from the actual phenomenon.Conclusion： The origin material of menstruation may be closely related to hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis,but both in the course of postmenopausal osteoporosis in the intrinsic relationship has yet to be confirmed by further studies.Which still need to use modern science and technology study of its mechanism from the multi-level,multi-angle,multi-faceted.Be confirmed by associated clinical observation and experimental research,so as to provide a theoretical basis to effectively prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
