清瘟败毒饮对温病暑热证大鼠无创血压和心率的影响以及生存分析

摘　　要：目的:评价清瘟败毒饮治疗温病暑热证模型大鼠的效果,并通过其疗效反证该模型的暑热证特点。方法:通过附子煎剂预饲养、高温环境、醋酸铅致敏和静脉注射脂多糖的综合方法制作大鼠温病暑热证模型,并使用清瘟败毒饮治疗,ALC-NIBP无创血压系统动态观察大鼠的无创血压和心率,并观察生存时间。结果:清瘟败毒饮组与对照组比较,在-1h和0h各项基本生命体征基本相仿;在1h,清瘟败毒饮组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压高于对照组,心率快于对照组,差别无统计学意义;在3h,清瘟败毒饮组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均高于对照组,差别均具有统计学意义,心率快于对照组,差别无统计学意义。生存分析显示,清瘟败毒饮组的生存时间均数估计值和中位生存时间估计值均长于对照组,差别具有统计学意义。结论:清瘟败毒饮有助于维持模型大鼠的血压,延长模型动物的生存时间,这反证了该模型具有较好的暑热证特点。Objective： To evaluate the effect of decoction for clearing away pestilent factors and detoxification（DCPD） treating rats which had summer heat syndrome of epidemic febrile disease and prove the summer heat character of the TCM model.Methods： Summer heat syndrome rat model of epidemic febrile disease was endued by being raised by aconite root in advance,high temperature environment,plumbi acetas infusion and lipopolysaccharide（LPS） infusion through vein.After being treated by DCPD,blood pressure and heart rate were observed many times through special non-invasive blood pressure system and live time were recorded.Results： Compared with the control group,rats in DCPD group had similar vital signs at-1h and 0h and higher contractive pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure and quicker heart rate at 1h,but all the differences dose not have statistical significance.The contractive pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in DCPD group were statistically higher at 3h,while there was no statistical significance in heart rate.In survival analysis,DCPD group had statistically longer live time than the control group.Conclusion： DCPD can maintain the blood pressure of model rats,prolong the live time,so this animal model should have the summer heat character of TCM syndrome.
