摘 要:目的:观察抗衰老片对肾虚小鼠空间学习记忆和脑自由基代谢的影响。方法:选健康雄性KM小鼠54只,随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型对照组(劳倦过度+房室不节组)、抗衰老片高、中、低剂量组和补肾方(金匮肾气丸)对照组。采用强迫小鼠游泳方法造成劳倦过度,以Colldege效应诱导雄性小鼠房室不节,建立肾虚小鼠模型,观察小鼠体重、水迷宫空间行为记忆能力和脑组织SOD活性和MDA含量变化。结果:模型对照组小鼠体重、脑组织SOD活性较空白对照组明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),小鼠水迷宫潜伏期和脑组织MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01);抗衰老片高、中、低剂量组及金匮肾气丸组小鼠体重和脑组织SOD活性较模型对照组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),小鼠水迷宫潜伏期和脑组织MDA含量较模型对照组明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:抗衰老片可延缓脑组织的脂质过氧化,从而改善小鼠的记忆能力。Objective: To observe changes of Anti-aging tablets on special learning and memory and free radical metabolism of brain of mice models with kidney deficiency.Methods: 54 healthy male mice were categorized into six groups randomly: normal control group,model control group(over-fatigue plus sexual overstrain group),low,middle,high doses of Anti-aging tablets groups and Golden Chamber Pill group.Over-fatigue model could be made by forcing mice to swim and deficiency of kidney Yang by colldege effect to induce sexual overstrain in male mice.Anti-aging tablets and Golden Chamber Pill could serve as medication.Changes of weight,water maze special learning and memory test,SOD activity and MDA content of brain were examined in different groups.Results: The weight and SOD activity of brain in model group were lower than those in control groups(P0.05,P0.01),and the latency period of water maze and MDA content of brain were higher than those in control groups(P0.01),while the weight and SOD activity of brain were higher in Anti-aging tablets groups and Golden Chamber Pill group(P0.05,P0.01),and the latency period of water maze and MDA content of brain were lower in Anti-aging tablets groups and Golden Chamber Pill group(P0.05,P0.01),compared with those in model group.Conclusion: It is showed that Anti-aging tablets could be increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes and suppressed the generation of lipid peroxides,and which could be improved the memory ability of mice.
