健胃合剂对功能性消化不良胃肠动力及胃肠激素影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察健胃合剂对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)大鼠的促胃肠动力作用及对胃肠激素的影响。方法:随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组、西药组,用适度夹尾刺激法复制FD模型,分别给水、健胃合剂、多潘立酮,观察各组小肠碳末推进率,检测各组血清胃动素(Motilin)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平,以此评价药物疗效。结果:FD大鼠体重降低,P<0.05;中药组及西药组大鼠碳末推进率高于模型组,P<0.05,但前两组间比较无差异,P>0.05;模型组血清Motilin与其他3组比较无统计学意义,P>0.05;模型组PGE2与正常组比较显著降低,P<0.05,中药组、西药组与正常组比较均无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:健胃合剂具有一定促胃肠动力作用,是否与胃动素相关不能肯定,同时有提高PGE2水平作用,可能与胃黏膜保护作用相关。Objective：To observe the effect of promoting the gastrointestinal motility and the influence on the gastrointestinal hormones of Jian-wei dicoction.Methods：The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Chinese Medicine group（CG）,and West Medicine group（WG）.All of the rats were injured by ring clamp to be FD except the normal group.Rats in CG were treated with Jian-wei dicoction,and those in WG were treated with domperidone.Carbon powder experiment in small intestine was taken,as well as Motilin and PGE2 in surem was tested at the end of the study.Results：the weight of FD rats were lighter than that of the normal group,P0.05,;the PGE2 level in model group is lower than that of the normal group,P0.05,which was no different between CG or WG and normal group,P0.05.Conclusion：Jian-wei dicoction has the function of gastrointestinal motility which is not sure of promting by motilin,and increase the level of PGE2 of FD rats which may lead to gastric mucosal protection.
