右归丸对亚临床甲减患者TSH影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察右归丸治疗亚临床甲减患者临床疗效,对TSH等指标的影响。方法:采用随机、对照的试验方法,观察亚临床甲减患者60例,随机分为中药组和对照组,中药组服用右归丸治疗,对照组不服药观察。结果:中药组总有效率为83.33%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组能明显改善亚临床甲减患者临床症状、降低患者TSH水平,还能改善患者血脂代谢紊乱状况。结论:右归丸可以明显提高亚临床甲减患者临床疗效。Objective：To observe the effects of treating Subclinical hypothyroidism with Youguiwan Recipe,and the influence of such indicators of TSH.Methods： Using randomized,controlled methods,60 Subclinical hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into the Youguiwan Recipe group and the control group.the Youguiwan Recipe group was given Youguiwan Recipe,the control group was given nothing.Results： the total effective rate of the Youguiwan Recipe was 83.3%,much better than the control group,the difference was very significant（P0.05）.The Youguiwan Recipe Obviously improve the clinical symptoms of Subclinical hypothyroidism,reduceTSHlevels,alsocantreatthepatiens＇hyperlipidemia.Conclusion： Youguiwan Recipe can obviously improve the clinical curative effect of Subclinical hypothyroidism.
