摘　　要：目的　探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法。方法　对４３ 例患者行切开复位内固定，Ｓｃｈａｔｚｋｅｒ 分类Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型者同时予以植骨。结果　３５ 例随访１０ ～３５ 个月，平均１９ 个月。按Ｍｅｒｃｈａｎｔ 评分标准，优良率８２－９％ 。结论　对移位的胫骨平台骨折宜采用切开复位内固定术，Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型患者应予植骨。Objective To investigate treatment technique for displaced fractures of the tibial plateau by surgery. Methods Open reduction and internal fixation were performed for 43 cases. Ceses of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ on Schatzker classification were performed with allograft implantation. Results 35 cases were followed up ranging from 10～35 months, with an average of 19 months. The excellent and good rate was 82 9% on Merchant grading system. Conclusion It is optimal to perform open reduction and internal fixation for displaced fractures of the tibial plateau, and allograft implantation for defective fractures of type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ fractures.
