摘　　要：目的　改进锁骨骨折内固定治疗的方法。方法　应用带螺纹的克氏针治疗锁骨骨折３４ 例。结果　随防６～１８ 个月，无一例发生骨折不愈合和克氏针滑脱，所有病例上肢功能恢复良好。结论　该手术操作简单，固定可靠，无畸行愈合，疗效满意。Objective To improve method of treating internal fixation for clavicular fractures. Methods Screw threaded Kirschners wire was used to treat 34 cases of clavicular fractures. Results The patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months, none of whom was found to have the delayed union of fracture and the taking off for Kirschners wire and the upper limbs functions recovered well. Conclusion The technique is simple , the effect of reduction good and the fixation reliable, and there is no deformity union.
