摘　　要：半乳凝素-9是半乳凝素(galectin)家族成员之一。最初发现它能够趋化嗜酸性粒细胞,后来逐渐认识到其具有重要的免疫调节功能。本文就近年来galectin-9(以下简称为Gal-9)诱导免疫耐受及在肿瘤免疫中的作用机制进行了综述。Galectin-9,which belongs to galectin family,was first identified as an eosinophil chemoattractant.Recently,galectin-9 has been reported with wide immune regulation activities.The function and underling mechanisms by which Galectin-9 mediates immune regulation,including immune tolerance and anti-tumor immunity,are summarized in this review.
