财政支出与城乡居民消费支出差距的关系研究——基于全国省级地区面板数据的经验分析

摘　　要：本文利用全国30个省及东、中、西各地区1997-2006年的省际面板数据,构建了省级财政支出结构与城乡居民消费差距的计量模型对财政支出结构与城乡居民消费差距实证分析的结果显示,财政支出结构对城乡居民消费差距的形成有重要影响,同时,这种影响还存在一定的区域差异性。本文提出一些缩小城乡居民消费支出差距的政策建设。Abstract： By using the provincial and regional panel data from 1997 to 2006, this paper constructs an econometric model concerning provincial fiscal expenditure structure and the consumption gap between urban and rural residents. And the empirical analysis shows that fiscal expenditure structure has the important impacts on the formation of consumption gap between urban and rural residents and the impacts vary with the region. Then it proposes some policy suggestions about narrowing the consumption gap between urban and rural resi dents.
