摘　　要：因为资源稀缺性,卫生政策制定需要考虑到有限资源的最佳分配问题,优先级制定研究因应而生,并逐渐成为卫生政策研究的热点问题。文章从卫生事业管理角度,分析优先级制定理论及实证经验,进而提出优先级制定中国化研究应注意的问题。Because of scarcity of resources,health policy makers need to consider the best allocation of limited resources.Priority development research emerged and has become a hot issue in health policy research.The article analyzed the theory and practices of priority development research from the health management point view,and pointed out the problems that need to be considered in China＇s priority development research.
