摘　　要：为了适应新形式的需要,根据医院总务工作的特点,南京医科大学第一附属医院河西分院进行了精细化管理实践,探索医院总务部门新的运作模式。In order to meet the needs of the new situation,Hexi branch of the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing medical university conducted refined management practice,and explored new operation models in hospital general services department,according to the characteristics of the hospital general services.
