新农合中维吾尔族居民医疗需求与利用分析

摘　　要：目的:文章通过对新疆维吾尔族聚集的新农合试点地区卫生服务的需求和利用情况进行分析,发现新农合对维吾尔族卫生服务利用水平和需求产生的影响,从而了解新农合在维吾尔族聚集地区还存在哪些问题。方法:采用现场流行病的调研方法,收集到某维吾尔族聚集乡的乡镇卫生院新农合的报销情况。用Access建立数据库,对相关情况进行分析。同时采用了现场访谈的方法对当地维吾尔族居民以及乡镇卫生院新农合办公室的相关人员进行了现场访谈。结论:该维吾尔族聚集乡农民参加新型农牧区合作医疗后对卫生服务的需求和利用明显增加,但乡镇卫生院的整体水还有待于提高,使之能满足广大农民的卫生服务需求。Objective To study the demand and utilization of medical services of Uighur residents in Xinjiang in the new rural cooperative medical system（NCMS）,analyze the influence of NCMS,and explore its problems.Methods The data of reimbursement of NCMS in a township health center of Uygur village was collected with epidemiological investigation.Database was established by software of Access.And some local Uighur residents and staffs of township health center were interviewed.Conclusion The requirement and utilization on health services of Uighur residents in the new rural cooperative medical system was significantly increased.But the comprehensive quality of township health clinics still needs to be improved to meet the residents＇ demand of health services.
