摘　　要：Typhoon 9410是由美国Amersham公司生产的一种多功能激光扫描成像系统,可进行放射性样品、多色荧光或化学发光样品的成像。本文简要介绍了Typhoon 9410成像系统的仪器组成、工作原理、功能应用、操作步骤和性能特点等,以便更多科研工作者能了解该仪器,使之更好地为教学科研服务。Typhoon 9410,a product of Amersham company in USA,is a multifunctional laser imager which can form images with radioactive,fluorescent,or chemoluminescent samples.This paper gives a brief introduction about the instrument components,principle of operation,applications,operation steps and the corresponding characteristics,etc.,with the aim of a better understand of this machine by more researchers and a better service of this machine for teaching and research.
