摘　　要：图书馆联盟具有在广泛的范围内实现资源共享、优势互补以及高度的灵活性等诸多优势,但同时也蕴涵着道德风险,这些风险往往被人们所忽视。图书馆联盟道德风险成因主要有行为与后果不对等、信息不对称、合作关系不稳定、缺乏信任、利益分配不合理等。我们应该从成员选择、建立信任、合理分配、强化条款等方面控制联盟的道德风险。Library consortia have many advantages such as sharing resources, mutual supplementation, high agility in extensive range, etc. But the moral risk, which often be over looked, can exists in it. The reasons for moral risk include unequal behavior and consequences, asymmetric information, unstable relationship, lack of trust, unreasonable distribution of benefits and so on. So in order to control the moral risk of the consortia, we should pay attention to member application, mutual trust within the consortia, reasonable distribution of benefits as well as the execution of clauses.
