摘　　要：建立国家存储图书馆不仅是为了解决图书馆的文献存储空间问题,更在于突出国家图书馆在国家文献资源建设中的重要地位和文献资源保存的系统性。国家储存图书馆应该在构建储存网络、制订政策和标准等方面发挥领导作用,从文献来源、经费模式和服务模式三个方面考虑构建适用于我国的储存图书馆模式。On the basis of construction and preservation of literature resources of the national library, this paper analyzed the significance and effect on constructing the storage library, put forward the functions of national storage library, and explored the storage library for our country from literature sources, funding modes and service modes.
