摘　　要：目的:总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的经验。方法:回顾分析为457例急性结石性胆囊炎患者行LC的临床资料。结果:432例手术成功2,5例中转开腹,患者均痊愈出院。结论:为急性结石性胆囊炎患者施行LC安全可行,成功的关键在于手术技巧和中转开腹指征的把握。Objective： To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） to treat acute calculous cholecystitis. Methods：The clinical data of 432 patients who suffered from acute calculous cholecystitis and underwent LC were analyzed retrospectively. Results：The laparoscopic operation was successfully accomplished in 432 cases,a conversion to open surgery was required in 25 cases,all patients restored completely without severe complications. Conclusions：LC is safe and feasible in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis.The key to success is mastering high operative skills and the indication of conversion to open surgery.
