摘 要:为确保桥梁的工程质量和运营安全,需要准确评定其工作状况,但目前对桥梁结构工作状况综合评价的相关研究还较少。基于15座混凝土桥梁的荷载试验数据,以静载试验效率值(ηq)、挠度校验系数均值(dζ)、应力(应变)校验系数均值(sζ)、相对残余应变均值(Sp′)、冲击系数实测最大值与理论值之比(Rμ)及一阶竖弯自振频率实测值与理论值之比(Rf)等6项指标作为评价指标,运用R主成分分析法,提出了一种新的混凝土桥梁结构工作状况综合评价体系。研究结果表明:实例得出的3个主成分能够全面、可靠地反映混凝土桥梁结构实际工作状况;R主成分分析法可以客观地反映各指标对总体评价结果的影响。该评价体系理论清晰、操作性强,可有效地评价混凝土桥梁结构工作状况。In order to ensure construction quality and safety operation of bridges,their working condition needs to be accurately assessed,but the study on bridge condition evaluation was insufficient.Based on the loading data of 15 concrete bridges,six evaluation indexes,including the efficiency of static values(ηq),the mean calibration coefficient of deflection(ζd),the mean calibration factor(ζs) of stress(strain),the mean relative residual strain(S′p),the ratio of the measured largest impact factor to the theoretical value(Rμ) and the ratio of the measured first-order vertical bending natural frequencies to the theoretical value(Rf) were evaluated,and the R principal component analysis method was used to build a new comprehensive evaluation system for concrete bridge structures.The results show that the three main components drawn from the examples can comprehensively and reliably reflect actual working condition of concrete bridge structures;the R principal component analysis method can objectively reflect the influence of various indicators on the overall evaluation results.This evaluation system is clear in theory and feasible,and can be used to evaluate the working condition of concrete bridge structures.
