摘 要:以油田含油污泥为研究对象,探索其经收油-脱水-活化等工艺处理后所得剩余固体废物(简称“剩余固废”),在油品泄漏事故中作为应急吸附剂的可行性。通过吸附速率和饱和吸附量测定可知,剩余固废对原油和柴油的初始吸附速率比普通活性炭快1~4倍,饱和吸附量与普通活性炭相当,达到饱和吸附的时间比普通活性炭快7-30倍。经吸附剂再生试验研究,再生后剩余固废对成品油的吸附速率更快,饱和吸附量稳定。因此,含油污泥经收油等工艺处理后的剩余固废,在油品泄漏事故中可作为一种防止污染蔓延的快速吸附材料。在解决油品泄漏问题的同时,为处理后含油污泥的进一步资源化利用提供了新途径。The feasibility of residual solid waste of oily sludge treated by oil collection-dehydration-activation used as emergency adsorbent in oil spill accidents was introduced.The adsorption rate and saturated adsorption amount measurement show that the initial adsorption rate of the residual solid waste for crude oil and diesel oil was 1 to 4 times faster than that of activated carbon,saturated absorption time of residual solid waste was 7~30 times shorter than activated carbon.Through adsorbent regeneration research,the adsorption rate of regenerated solid waste for crude oil is much faster,saturated adsorption amount is stable and has more excellent regeneration performance than that of activated carbon.Therefore after oil collection-dehydration-activation treatment,the residual solid waste can be used as rapid absorption material for preventing contamination spread in oil spill accidents.Besides it provides a new way for further resource utilization of oily sludge.
