摘 要:城市一卡通和轨道交通路网化运营,迫切需要统一高效的清分清算中心。轨道交通清分系统承担各线路及公交卡之间的清分结算,实现轨道交通路网范围内的"一票换乘、统一清分票务收入、统一发行管理票卡、统一安全管理"。轨道交通线路大多是多方投资建设且周期较长,因此建立灵活准确的清分模型,满足用户的特定清分要求,公平准确地划分票务收益,成为自动售检票清分中心建设的重点、难点。阐述了当前国内外轨道交通清分系统的几种模型,提出了基于动态规划抽象模型的通用清分算法实现。该实现可以很好地匹配各种清分模型,支持清分规则的完全客户化,对实现灵活通用的轨道交通清分系统有很好的借鉴作用。The continuous development of urban scale brought about great pressure over traffic, and rail transit has become an important method to solve the traffic problems. City smart traffic card and rail transit network operation need a harmonious and efficient ACC (automatic fare collection clearing center), which undertakes the distribution of all lines and bus cards, and realizes ticket transfer, carcl issue and security management within the framework of urban traffic network. As different lines may be operated by different operation businesses, and the constructing cycle is quite long, it's important and difficult to build a model of the income distribution to ensure fair division. In this paper, the income distribution methods of the world are compared and analyzed, an abstract model based on dynamic programming algorithm for general clearing points is presented,which can customize distribution rules and be more suitable for traffic ticket income distribution, so there is much practical value to build a flexible and common ACC system.
