摘 要:目的研究弯茎还阳参Crepis flexuosa全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶及Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析鉴定结构。结果从弯茎还阳参中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(friedelin,1),α-香树素(α-amyrin,2),β-香树素(β-amyrin,3),α-香树素乙酸脂(α-amyrin acetate,4),β-香树素乙酸酯(β-amyrin acetate,5),蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯(taraxasteryl acetate,6),齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,7),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,8),软脂酸(pal mitic acid,9)和正三十烷烃(triacontane,10)。结论从弯茎还阳参植物中首次分离得到化合物1~10,其中化合物1和7为首次从还阳参属植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Crepis flexuosa(DC.) Benth.et Hook.f.Methods Separation and purification were performed on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 CC.Their structures were established on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis.Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin(1),α-amyrin(2),β-amyrin(3),α-amyrin acetate(4),β-amyrin acetate(5),taraxasteryl acetate(6),oleanolic acid(7),β-sitosterol(8),palmitic acid(9) and triacontane(10),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1-10 were isolated from the plant for the first time.Compounds 1,7 were obtained from Crepis L.for the first time.
