摘　　要：人的发展经济学是关于人的发展和经济发展相互关系的规律的学说,人的发展与社会的发展是同步的,人的发展只能是社会发展的结果,发展了的个人会反过来推动生产力的发展。生产力和生产关系的发展水平决定了人的发展水平。人的发展经济学的研究方法,不能从人出发,而必须从一定社会生产关系出发。指导我们思想的理论基础是历史唯物主义,而不是人本主义和人道主义。人的发展与经济社会的发展都是一种自然史过程,不以人们的主观意志为转移。人的全面自由发展不能只作为一种价值追求,价值观只有在它符合世界观和历史观的条件时,才是现实的。The economics on human development is the theory about the interact relationship between human development and the economic development. Human development is in line with the social development, social development determines the human development and as human development it pushes the development of the society. At the same time, the productive relations determine the level of human development. Therefore, to study economics on human development, the foundation is the social productive relations, not people. The guidance of our theory is the historical materialism; the development of human and society both are a nature process. The overall and free development of people is a reality only when it fits the conditions of the view of world and history.
