农业产业化过程中农户利益的保障机制研究——基于“公司+农户”经营模式的分析

摘　　要：文章指出,在农业产业化过程中,由于龙头企业与农户之间的地位不对等,往往造成农户利益的损失。为了保障农户利益,就必须建立相应的利益保障机制,逐步完善合同农业的相关制度,推动利益主体之间的长期合作、提供强有力的外部支持,才能使农户的利益得以保障。文章试图分析龙头企业与农户之间的交易行为,指出了交易过程中农户利益受侵害的原因,并提出了规范相关合同、加强信用建设、发展农业期货期权业务、增加农业专项投资,建立风险基金和发挥农业中介组织的作用等保障农户利益的相应机制。In the process of Agriculture industrialize, farmer＇s benefits were harmed because of the position not reciprocal between head company and farm. In order to protect farmer＇s benefits, some systems to be related to contract agriculture must be perfect, drive cooperation among benefit main body long,supply exterior support strongly, only in this way can farm＇ s benefits be protected. This paper try to analyze trade action between head company and farm, point out the reasons harming farm＇ s benefits in the process of trade, and bring up mechanism to protect farm＇s benefits.
