摘　　要：河南是农业大省,农村合作金融作为支援"三农"的主力军,已经存在发展了半个多世纪,在取得成绩的同时,也凸显了历史包袱重、法律严重滞后和服务手段落后等问题。解决其存在的问题必须将"因地制宜"与"拿来主义"两个原则有机结合,即在结合本省实际情况的同时,借鉴外省以及外国的宝贵经验,进一步深化河南省农村金融体制改革。Henan is a big agricultural province, the rural cooperative finance as a support of the ＂three issues related to agriculture＂, has already exists for more than half century, in some achievements, but also highlights the historical burden heavier, law lagging behind and service methods, etc. To solve the existing problems, we should implement two principles of ＂adjust measures based on local conditions＂ and ＂learning from useful experience＂. By combining with the reality of Henan province and learning from foreign experience, further deepen the reform of the financial system in our province.
