摘  要:以拖拉机变速箱主动弧齿锥齿轮为例,根据齿面沿深度方向剪切应力和剪切强度之比值分布进行表层下疲劳失效方式和疲劳源区域的预测分析和试验验证。通过齿轮剪切应力计算并与残余应力进行叠加分析,以及硬度与强度之间的转换关系,得到了齿轮沿齿面深度方向的应力与强度分布,以基于局部剪切屈服强度值方法判定准则,分析齿轮疲劳失效方式和相互转化的机理,并以大量失效齿轮的分析得以验证。结果表明,这一基于叠加剪切应力和剪切屈服强度的判定方法可以直观、快速地进行疲劳失效方式和失效区域预测。Aiming at the driving arc gear of tractor gearbox as the research object,the prediction analysis and experimental verification about the methods of fatigue failure and the original area of fatigue are conducted according to the ratio distribution between shear stress and shear strength in the depth direction of gear tooth surface.The distribution of stress and strength in the depth direction of gear tooth surface can be get by calculation of gear shear stress,overlay analysis of shear stress and residual stress and the conversion between hardness and strength.Simultaneously,the mechanism of fatigue failure methods and mutual conversion of gear on the basis of judging criterion of partial shear yield strength value are analyzed,and the results are verified by analyzing a great number of fatigue gear.The experiment result shows that this method which based on overlaying shear stress and shear yield strength can predict the fatigue failure method and fatigue area directly and quickly.
