摘 要:在平面连杆机构的确定性优化设计中,满足各种约束的最优解一般在约束边界附近,当设计变量产生随机波动时,最优解往往变成违反约束的不可行解,导致设计失效。运用6σ稳健优化设计理论,建立了基于容差模型的再现轨迹连杆机构的稳健优化设计数学模型,利用iSIGHT软件集成的6σ稳健优化设计模块,进行稳健优化设计。结果表明,稳健优化设计不仅将目标函数随设计变量的波动减小,保证机构运动精度的稳健性,而且使约束函数远离约束边界,达到6σ的水平。In the deterministic optimization design of planar linkage,the optimal solution which meets various constraints is generally close to constraint boundary.With random fluctuation of variables,the optimal solution tends to become infeasible solution against constraints,which results in design failure.Based on the theory of six sigma robust optimization design,a mathematical model of robust optimization design for rendition of link lever mechanism based on the tolerance was established.Robust optimization design is then performed by using six sigma robust optimization design module integrated in the software iSIGHT.The results show that robust optimization design not only reduces the fluctuation of objective functions with design variables,which guaranteed the robustness of mechanism accuracy,but also makes constraint functions away from constraint boundary,thus reaching the level of six sigma.
