摘　　要：为改善液压牵引采煤机司机的工作条件,采用PLC做为控制主机,加装液压控制装置及无线收发装置,对采煤机实现无线遥控、网络控制,并进行过载、过流及断相保护,及恒功率自动控制等功能。改变了传统液压牵引采煤机的操控方式,提高了采煤机的操作及控制的安全性。To improve hydraulic shearer shearer working conditions of drivers, use of PLC as control unit, installation of hydraulic control devices and wireless transceiver devices, wireless remote control of shearer, network control. And over loading, over current and open-phase protection, and constant power automatic control. Changed traditional way of manipulation of hydraulic shearer and improve operation and control of coal mining safety.
