摘　　要：主要介绍了煤矿钢丝绳牵引带式输送机减速机损坏的形式,以及原因分析,并有针对性地采取科学的方法对减速机进行整体优化,以适应煤矿运输低速度、重负荷、易超载的特点,采取的全面改进方案和预防措施,满足煤炭提升和人员运输的需求,提高了运输设备的可靠性。Damaged forms of mining travelling apron reducer drawn is introduced by steel wire, and analyzes possible reasons. It also pertinently adopts scientific methods to overall optimize reducer making it to satisfy mining transportation characteristics which are low speed, heavy load, and easy overloading. At the same time, author puts forward an overall improvement scheme and a series of preventive measures to guarantee reducer meet demand of coal elevation and personnel transportation. All of these above measures improve reliability of mining transportation equipment.
