摘　　要：设计所涉及的新型秸秆搅拌机是通过将秸秆、水泥、合成纤维、水等物质均匀搅拌,以达到新型混合物的制作目的.设计研发出的新型搅拌机能更好的使搅拌机构以稳定的搅拌动力实现均匀搅拌,使搅拌机构的动力性、经济性、操作可靠性和轻便性、传动平稳性与效率等能得到提高.在某些建筑工程中,这种混合物可以作为新型绿色秸秆类建筑材料使用.这种新型秸秆搅拌机是为生产此种新型混合物而专门设计研制的.The new type straw mixer in this paper can realize uniformly mixing straw,cement,synthetic fiber,water and other materials in order to achieve the new mixture production.The mixer can achieve uniform mixture through making the mixer mechanism keep stability mixing power.The economy,operational reliability and portability,stability and efficiency characteristics of the mixer mechanism can be improved.In some construction projects,this mixture can be used as a green straw building material.The mixer for the production of the new straw mixture is specially designed.
