摘　　要：通过《标幽赋》中时间针法的论述,对治疗时依四时气穴所在而定针刺深浅、依气血流注盛衰开阖而取腧穴、法日月阴阳旺衰而施补泻3个方面作一探讨。Through the discussion of BiaoYouFu＂ time needle,to explore the three areas,the needle cavitation depth depending on four seasons,according to the strength of the gas flow by opening and closing to take note of acupoints,complying with Yin and yang of rise and fall to make reinforcing and reducing method.
