摘　　要：目的:分析髂腰肌囊扩张的影像学表现以提高对本病的认识。方法:回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的髂腰肌囊扩张的CT、MRI表现。结果:12例病人均为单侧发病,为圆形、卵圆形或倒水滴状囊性肿物,CT表现为液性密度影;MR表现为水样信号,边缘清晰;4例在髋臼中下部层面可见扩张的滑囊与关节囊相交通。结论:影像学检查可为临床医师提供了重要的诊疗信息。Objective：This article analyzed the imaging appearances of enlarged iliopsoas bursa to improve the awareness of the disease.Method：CT and MRI findings of 12 patients with enlarged iliopsoas bursa proved by surgery were studied retrospecively.Result：The enlarged iliopsoas bursa in all the 12 cases appeared in one side,presenting as a round,oval or reversed water-drop shaped low-density shadow.It displayed liquid density on CT and watery signal on MR,and with sharp edges;enlarged bursa of 4 cases was communicated with synovial capsule in the middle or inferior part deck of acetabulum.Conclusion：Imaging study can provide important information for clinicians
