摘 要:在对热力系统建模并进行热力计算时,需要对模型中的设备和管道编号。当系统规模较大时,编号过程繁琐且容易出错。通过研究电厂热力系统建模仿真方法,提出了一种可视化的热力系统建模方法,并实现了在建模的过程中对设备和管道进行自动编号。该方法基于M icrosoftV isio平台进行二次开发,建立了热力系统常见设备的模型库。以加热器为例,详细阐述了模型库的构建过程,并介绍了自动编号的实现机理。最后通过对热力系统进行建模和热力计算的实例,验证了该方法的可行性及准确性。For modeling and thermal calculating of the thermal system,it is necessary to numbering related equipment and pipelines in the model.When the system becomes in larger scale,the numbering procedures are over-elaborate and fallible.Having been researching the method of modeling simulation for the thermal system in power plant,the visual modeling method of the thermal system is proposed,and the technology of automatic numbering for the equipment and pipelines during modeling is accomplished.The secondary development of this method is conducted on Microsoft Visio platform,and the model library for commonly seen equipment in thermal system is developed.Then with the heater as example,the building procedures of the model library are described in detail,and the implementing mechanism of automatic numbering is presented.Finally,the feasibility and correctness of this strategy is verified with the practical example of modeling and thermal calculations for the system.
