摘  要:目前复杂系统多学科设计优化的工作主要集中在结构设计或设计过程的某个阶段,较少从整体角度对多学科设计优化过程进行研究。文中在前人系统分解研究的基础上,提出了一种基于学科分解的多学科设计优化方法,并建立了具体实现该方法的框架和应用流程。借助多学科设计优化领域主流分析软件Isight为优化平台,通过批处理命令调用各学科专业软件循环运行实现多学科综合设计,利用数据挖掘寻找整体最优解在应用层面实现了复杂系统整体优化设计。最后以某T形波导连接器隔板位置和形状优化设计为例,展示了该优化方法的应用过程和实效性。The current study of MDO(multidisciplinary design optimization) of complex systems is mainly focused on structural design or some stages in the design process,and less work is considered from the overall perspective of MDO process.According to the analysis of the previous research on system decomposition,a complex system MDO method based on discipline decomposition was proposed and the corresponding structure and procedure were established.Taking Isight as optimization platform,through the batch commands the professional softwares of various disciplines were run with loop to achieve multidisciplinary design.Using data mining the overall optimal solution was found and the overall optimization of complex systems design was realized in the application level.Finally,the location and shape of the T-waveguide connector septum were optimized to show the application process and also verify the validity and the effectiveness of the method.
