摘  要:为了分析轴向绕组磁流变阻尼器的阻尼力及其动力性能,将阻尼器的阻尼系数视为定值,对阻尼器动力性能进行仿真分析,得到库仑阻尼力与电流强度关系。将实际的阻尼系数等效线性化,通过对阻尼器阻尼振动试验测试得到实际阻尼系数与电流强度变化关系。对阻尼器库仑阻尼力进行试验分析,试验测试结果与仿真值基本相符,验证了仿真分析的正确性。分析表明阻尼器的阻尼力几乎都由库仑阻尼力提供,有利于使用电流控制阻尼器的阻尼力。To analyse damping force and dynamic performance of axial-winding magentorheological fluid damper,the damping coefficient of damper was regarded as aconstant,the simulation analysis of dynamic performance was carried out,and the relationship between coulomb damping force and current intensity was got.Real damping coefficient was regarded as equivalent linearization.the relationship between real damping coefficient and current intensity were achieved by the vibration experiment of damper.The results of simulation analysis and the results of the experiment was basically same,and the results of simulation analysis was also verified.The results show that the damping force of damper was almost provided with coulomb damping force,and it was convenient to controlled the damping force by the current.
