涡旋压缩机的变径基圆渐开线型线研究

摘　　要：研究了涡旋压缩机变径基圆渐开线的啮合特性和几何理论,得到了其共轭啮合型线方程;分析了不同参数下的型线特点和几何形状,并与基圆渐开线进行比较;提出了由变径基圆渐开线构建变啮合间隙涡旋齿的方法。利用变径基圆渐开线可构建出3种涡旋齿:等啮合间隙变壁厚涡旋齿、变啮合间隙等壁厚涡旋齿和变啮合间隙变壁厚涡旋齿,分析了各种涡旋齿的性能特点和适用范围,拓宽了涡旋型线的类型。The meshing characteristic and geometric theory of base circle involute with changing radius in scroll compressor were studied,and the equation of its conjugate profile was obtained.Its profile characteristic and geometric shape under different parameters were analyzed and it was compared with base circle involute.The method of constructing wrap profile with changing meshing clearance by using changing radius base circle involute was presented.Three types of wrap were constructed by base circle involute with changing radius： wrap with equal meshing clearance and variable wrap thickness,wrap with variable meshing clearance and equal wrap thickness,wrap with variable meshing clearance and variable wrap thickness.The performance characteristics and applicability for every type of wrap were analyzed.The study results widened the type of wrap profile.
