高效液相色谱法测定三拗汤制剂中麻黄碱的含量

摘　　要：目的建立三拗汤制剂中麻黄碱含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定三拗汤制剂中麻黄碱的含量,并考察其方法的可行性。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.086 8～0.868 0 ug(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率和RSD为99.5%和2.1%。结论该方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于三拗汤制剂中麻黄碱的含量测定。Objective To develop a method to determine ephedrine in the Sanaotang preparation. Meth- ods The content of ephedrine was determined by HPLC and evaluated the feasibility of the method. Results The linear ranges for ephedrine hydrochloride were 0. 086 8 - 0. -65 0 ug （ r = 0. 999 9） , The average recovery rates for ephedrine were 99.5% and the RSD were 2.1%. Conclusion The method is convenient and appropriate for determination of ephedrine in the Sanaotang preparation.
