摘 要:为评价贵州野生鸭茅的遗传多样性,从100个RAPD引物中筛选出14个多态性高、稳定性好的引物,用于研究23份野生鸭茅材料间的亲缘关系。结果表明:1)供试鸭茅材料具有较丰富的遗传多样性,14个引物共扩增出108条带,平均每对引物扩增出7.71条,其中多态带82条,平均每对引物5.86条,多态率为75.93%;材料间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.471~1.000,平均值为0.742。2)聚类分析发现,所有供试材料大致可聚为3个类群,大部分综合性状表现一致的材料能聚为一类。表明,供试材料的聚类和产量、形态特征表现有一定的相关性。To evaluate the genetic diversity of D.glormerata,23 D.glormerata resources were analyzed by 14 highly polymorphic and stable primers selected from 100 RAPD primers.The results were as follows: 1) Fourteen primers produced 108 bands(7.71 bands per primer),including 82 polymorphic bands(5.86 bands per primer),the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 75.93%.The genetic similarity ranged from 0.471 to 1.000 with an average of 0.742.2) All D.glormerata materials could be divided into three groups.The matericals with the similar comprehensive characters could be clustered into the same group.The findings indicated that the clustering had certain correlations with yield and morphology.
