摘 要:为探索日粮蛋白水平对瘤胃发酵、血液尿素氮浓度及瘤胃微生物数量的影响,选用6头体重(154±13.2)kg雄性泰国本地生长肉牛,采用随机3×3拉丁方试验设计法,分别喂给粗蛋白浓度4.3%、7.3%和10.3%(干物质基础)的全混日粮,测定不同蛋白水平日粮的血液尿素氮、瘤胃氨基氮、pH值、总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸含量和瘤胃液中原虫、真菌及细菌的数量。结果表明:瘤胃氨基氮、血液尿素氮的浓度随着日粮蛋白水平的提高而显著增加(P<0.05);瘤胃液pH值、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度及脂肪酸中乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的比例,瘤胃液中原虫、真菌及细菌的数量受日粮粗蛋白浓度的影响均不显著(P>0.05)。认为,日粮的蛋白质水平影响肉牛体内蛋白质代谢,但对瘤胃液pH、脂肪酸代谢和瘤胃微生物数量影响不明显。Six Thailand local male beeves with(154±13.2)kg body weight were fed with premix ration containing 4.3%,7.3% and 10.3% crude protein respectively to study the effects of dietary protein level on ruminal fermentation,blood urea nitrogen concentration and ruminal microbe quantity by determining blood urea nitrogen,ruminal ammonia nitrogen,ruminal pH,content of total volatile fatty acid,acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid,and quantity of protozoon,fungus and bacteria in ruminal fluid.The results showed that the concentration of ruminal ammonia nitrogen and blood urea nitrogen significantly increased with the increase of dietary protein level,there were no significant difference in ruminal pH,total volatile fatty acid concentration,proportion of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid and quantity of protozoon,fungus and bacteria in ruminal fluid between different crude protein concentrations in ration,which indicates that the crude protein level in ration has the effect on internal protein metabolism and no effects on ruminal pH,fatty metabolism and ruminal microbe quantity in beef.
