摘 要:明确百喜草对紫茎泽兰的生物替代控制作用,通过在紫茎泽兰重度、中度和轻度3个不同入侵迹地种植百喜草,分析百喜草对紫茎泽兰生长的影响。结果表明:在紫茎泽兰入侵迹地混种百喜草,紫茎泽兰株高、节间距、节数、单株叶片数、根长、单株生物量均小于相应的未混种区,混种区与未混种区间的紫茎泽兰的株高、节间距、单株生物量差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);随着紫茎泽兰入侵程度的加重,百喜草对紫茎泽兰的抑制作用呈逐渐减弱的趋势;混种区与未混种区的紫茎泽兰的花枝量、头状花序数及结实量无显著(P>0.05)。表明,百喜草对紫茎泽兰中、轻度入侵区域具有较强的替代控制作用,在紫茎泽兰重度入侵区域有明显的抑制生长的作用。Paspalum rtotatltm was planted in Eupatorium adenophorum invasion fields with three different invasion degrees to study the effect of P.rtotatltm on growth of E.adenophorum and to explicit biological substitution control effect of P.rtotatltm on E.adenophorum.The results showed that the plant height,joint interval,joint number,leaves per plant,root length and biomass per plant of E.adenophorum in E.adenophorum invasion fields planted with P.rtotatltm were lower than in E.adenophorum invasion field without P.rtotatltm,there was significant difference in plant height,joint interval and biomass per plant of E.adenophorum between P.rtotatltm-E.adenophorum mixed field and E.adenophorum field,the inhibition effect of P.rtotatltm on E.adenophorum reduced with the increase of E.adenophorum invasion degree,there was no significant difference in branches,Capitulum inflorescence number and seeds per branch between P.rtotatltm-E.adenophorum mixed field and E.adenophorum field,which indicates that P.rtotatltm has the substitution control effect in E.adenophorum fields with moderate and mild invasion and obviously inhibits growth of E.adenophorum in E.adenophorum fields with severe invasion.
