摘  要:用气相色谱法测定了瓦氏黄颡鱼稚鱼肌肉与生殖季节雌鱼卵巢、肌肉和肝胰脏内的脂肪酸组成和脂肪酸的含量。试验结果表明,在雌鱼卵巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中的脂肪酸种类不同,雌鱼各个组织的饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸种类与稚鱼肌肉中的这两种脂肪酸种类差异显著;雌鱼卵巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中C18:1n-9c含量最高,分别为30.06%、43.15%和37.02%;单不饱和脂肪酸含量以肝胰脏最高(52.41%),多不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸含量均以卵巢最高,分别为28.35%、33.97%,多不饱和脂肪酸中的n-3系列脂肪酸含量以卵巢最高,达23.94%。在雌性瓦氏黄颡鱼的生殖季节,投喂C20:4n-3、EPA、DHA含量高的饵料可促进雌鱼卵巢发育。The fatty acid compositions were determined in ovary,muscle and hepatopancreas in juveniles and female broodstock of yellow catfish Pelteobagrus vachelli in spawning season by biochemical methods and gas chromatography.The results showed that there were different fatty acids in various tissues.The maximal C18:1n-9c levels were observed in the ovary(accounting for 30.06%),hepatopancreas(43.15%) and muscle(37.02%).The maximal MUFA level was found in the female hepatopancreas(52.41%),and the maximal SFA(28.35%) and PUFA(33.97%) levels were observed in the female ovary.The maximal n-3 PUFA level was found in the female ovary(23.94%),indicating that high dietary levels of C20:4n-3,EPA,and DHA promote the yellow catfish ovary development.
