海蜇不同生长阶段的摄食方式和摄食习性

摘　　要：实验室观察海蜇螅状体、碟状体、水母体生长阶段的摄食方式和摄食习性。观察结果表明,海蜇各生长阶段的摄食方式不同,螅状体依靠触手捕获食物,碟状体依靠缘瓣捕获食物,水母体依靠口腕和肩板表面上的吸口完成。三者的摄食习性大致相同,摄食活动昼夜不间断进行,摄食习性是被动性的,对食物的种类只是规格大小的选择。食物规格<1 mm,最大不超过3 mm。食物种类包括硅藻类、原生动物、甲壳类、多毛类及软体动物幼体,及鱼、虾、贝类的卵等,其中以小型桡足类、桡足类幼体、贝类幼体及其他小型甲壳类为主。The feeding methods and feeding habit were observed in scyphistoma,ephyra,and medusa in jellyfish Rhopilema esculentum.The feeding methods were found to be varied with developmental stages.The sedentary scyphistoma capture foods by tentacles;the floating ephyra feed by marginal lappes;the medusa have some swimming,sucking foods by oral arms and scapulets.The developmental jellyfish had almost nearly similar feeding habits,i.e.passive feeding day and night,but showed selection for only food size,not for species.Usually,the various developmental jellyfish had food particles less than 1 mm in length,the maximum below 3 mm.The jellyfish food items almost consisted of attached diatom,protozoa,crustacean,ciliates,mollusk larvae,and eggs of fish,shrimp and shellfish,predominantly the pin-size copepods,copepodites,shellfish larvae and other pin-size crustacean.
