摘 要:理想二极管是"电子线路"课程中学生第一个接触的非线性理想器件,也是最为简单的非线性器件。含理想二极管电阻电路虽是一类简单的非线性电路,但对于学生理解非线性器件的特性、掌握直流大信号电子电路的分析方法具有引导性的意义。笔者总结了含理想二极管电阻电路的三种分析方法:观察法、预猜验证法和开路电压法,并应用于教学实践中,取得了良好的教学效果。The ideal diode is the first nonlinear ideal device that students contact in the course of Electronic Circuit. It is also the simplest nonlinear device. Although the resistor circuit with ideal diodes is a kind of simple nonlinear circuit, but it is important for students to understand and grasp the characteristics of nonlinear devices and DC large signal analysis method of electronic circuits. On the basis of referring to materials, the author summarizes three analysis methods of resistor circuits with ideal diodes: observation, guess validation and open-circuit voltage method. The analysis methods are applied to teaching practice, and the well teaching effeet has been obtained.
