宁夏竞技体育历程回顾与发展对策研究

摘　　要：省域竞技体育发展现状与收益率,直接关系着我国竞技体育发展速度和未来趋向。为了合理利用国家竞技体育资源,发展我国竞技体育事业,以期我国竞技体育走上可持续发展的健康轨道。为此,运用调查研究法、定性分析法和对比分析法,对宁夏竞技体育50年来历程进行较为详细的回顾,分析宁夏竞技体育在竞技体育理念、竞技体育机构组建、竞技人才培养、绩效评价体系、竞技体育资源利用率等方面所存在问题的缘由。Provincial sports,with its status quo and yield rate,are directly related to the development speed and future trends of China sports.In order to improve competitive sports and preserve a healthy and sustainable development of China sports,it is of great necessity to make rational use of sports resources.Armed with questionnaire survey,qualitative analysis and comparative analysis,it is reviewed in this research the 50-year history of Ningxia sports.It is accompanied by the analysis of some problems persistent in many a sport areas in Ningxia.These aspects include its competitive sports ideas,its athletic talent＇s training,its performance evaluation system and its utilization rate of resources.Meanwhile,following the exploration of future development of Ningxia competitive sports are some ideas on how to make rational use of ports resources and how to let competitive sports resources play its own value.
