摘 要:以高速卧式镗铣加工中心立柱为研究对象,采用有限元与实验相结合的分析方法对其动态特性进行了研究。建立了立柱的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析,得出了1至4阶固有频率和相应振型。搭建了立柱动态特性实验平台,选择了四组激振点和拾振点,采用单点激振和单点拾振的方式进行了数据采集。通过分析实验数据,获得了立柱前4阶固有频率和关键位置的动刚度。有限元和实验分析的固有频率相对误差小于9%,表明该平台可有效的激起立柱的固有频率,理论与实验分析结果可为立柱的结构优化设计提供理论依据。High-speed horizontal boring and milling machining center column as the object of study,the dynamic characteristics were researched by experimental and finite element method.The finite element model was established and modal analysis was performed on column with the first four natural frequencies and vibration models obtained.The experimental platform was set up.Four groups of excitation points and pick-up points were selected and experimental date was collected by using the one-point excitation and one-point pick-up method.According to the analysis of experimental date,the first four natural frequencies and dynamic stiffness of the key position was got.The relative error of natural frequencies between finite element and experimental analysis was less than 10%,which showed that natural frequencies of column could be aroused by the experimental system.All these provide us important basis for dynamic optimizing and designing of column.
