尼美舒利颗粒治疗小儿高热的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨尼美舒利颗粒治疗小儿高热的疗效和安全性。方法将253例0.5～8岁高热患儿随机分为治疗组127例和对照组126例。2组均给予持续冰枕、温水浴等物理降温措施及传统对症用药治疗,治疗组另予尼美舒利颗粒退热治疗,对照组另予布洛芬混悬液退热治疗。观察用药后30min、1h及4h体温变化和用药期间不良反应情况。结果用药后4h,治疗组总有效率为90.6%高于对照组的85.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿均无明显不良反应发生。结论尼美舒利颗粒治疗小儿高热疗效确切且安全可靠。Objective To discuss the effect and safety of nimesulide in children with hyperpyrexia.Methods 253 cases children（0.5～8 years） with hyperpyrexia were randomly divided into treatment group（127 cases） and control group（126 cases）.Treatment group received nimesulide,control group were given ibuprofen suspension.After 30min,1h and 4h,observed temperature change and observed the situation of adverse reaction.Results After treatment 4h,the total effective rate of treatment group（90.6%） was higher than that of control group（85.7%）,（P0.05）.Two group were no obvious adverse reaction happened.Conclusion Nimesulide in children with hyperpyrexia has a nice effect and safety,reliability.
