中西药结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西药结合治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效,旨在探索更好的慢性鼻窦炎治疗方案。方法将640例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各320例,对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加用利鼻片。治疗后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为97.81%高于对照组的54.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西药常规治疗的基础上加用利鼻片治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,优于单纯西药常规治疗,治疗时间短,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and Western Medicines in chronic sinusitis,in order to probe into the therapeutic method for chronic sinusitis.Methods 640 cases patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 320 cases.The control group were treated with Western Medicine,while the treatment group were treated with Western Medicine combined with Libi tablet.After treatment,observed the effect of two groups.Results The cure rate of the treatment group（97.81%） was higher than that of the control group（54.69%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Western Medicine combined with Libi tablet in chronic sinusitis was better than that only treated with Western Medicine,therapic time short,adverse reaction less.
