复方马钱子凝胶镇痛及对IL-6影响作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对大鼠炎症疼痛模型痛阈值的观察,以及在血清中检测白细胞介素-6I(nterleukin-6I,L-6)的表达,探讨复方马钱子凝胶的镇痛及抑制炎症反应作用及机理。方法:构建甲醛注射大鼠足跖引起的炎症疼痛模型,测量不同时间大鼠足跖疼痛阈值,应用酶联免疫吸附(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法检测各组大鼠血清中IL-6的表达水平。结果:复方马钱子凝胶可明显提高甲醛致痛大鼠的痛阈值(P<0.01),抑制血清中IL-6表达水平(P<0.01)。结论:复方马钱子凝胶治疗软组织炎症疼痛损伤,对IL-6的抑制和减轻疼痛的作用,明显优于基质对照组,与扶他林阳性对照组作用相当,提示复方马钱子凝胶外敷,治疗实验性炎症和疼痛方面具有良好的抑制炎症反应和镇痛作用。Objective：To discuss analgesia and inhibiting inflammatory reaction mechanism of nux vomica compound recipe,By detecting interleukin（IL）IL-6 expression in inflammatory pain rat models and observing their pain threshold values.Methods： Formaldehyde functioning on rat＇s voix pedis caused voix pedis inflammatory pain.The pain thresholds were measured at different time points.Interleukin 6（IL-6） expression levels were detected in the sera of rats using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）.Results：Pain threshold remarkably increased in nux vomica compound recipe gel treating group,with internal IL-6 level decreasing at the same time（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Nux vomica compound recipe gel treating group has remarkablybetter effects of IL-6 inhibition and pain relieving than the matrix comparison group,and functions equally to votalin positive comparison group.The findings suggest that nux vomica compound recipe gel can inhibit inflammatory reaction and analgesic activity well in aspects of treating experimental inflammation and pain.
